Teams and organizations that seek to leave the world a better place than when they found it have a huge yet rewarding task ahead of them. To be successful, they must nurture a culture which transcends old paradigms and ways of working. Creating something transformative requires creating new systems; yet the systems we are part of have a strong tendency to resist change. I partner with senior leaders to support them in diagnosing current challenges and increasing their own capacity to shape the organization they need in order to achieve the impacts they wish to have.

My clients are leaders who recognize that in order to have transformational impact, their team and organizational culture cannot simply replicate the systems and structures that have shaped the world we live in today. They have at least an inkling that “every system is perfectly designed to get the result that it does” - and that if they want to get different results, they will need to tend to and adjust the systems currently in place.
Perhaps they are grappling with difficult dynamics on their team, struggling to enable their people to thrive, wishing to see better collaboration amongst their people, or otherwise wondering why the tools in their toolbox are no longer working as intended.

We will spend some time discussing together the challenges you face and get clear on what you wish or need to be different. We will work together to truly see the systems currently at play and culture currently at play. We will work together to hone and clarify your vision for the future, and develop a plan for getting from where you are now to where you wish to be. I will partner with you to the extent we mutually agree I can support you in realizing the change you wish to see.

Typical interventions start with a conversation with you and the rest of your team, and potentially some interviews with your staff in order to get a clearer picture of both the current state and the desired future.
Together, we then develop a map of where you wish to go and a game plan of how we will get there.
This often includes facilitating sessions and workshops with your leadership team, one-on-one coaching, and sometimes group coaching with key leaders and change makers.
At the end of the day, it is up to you and your team to make the change happen; I work by your side to support you in deepening your capacities to navigate and make the change a reality.
